During a suspension, the Player's access to the Platform and to their balance will be restricted.
10.2 Balance Following Closure. Where an account is closed by rc789 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, the disposition of the Player's Real Money Balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with regulatory requirements. Where no breach is found, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are complete.
10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their rc789 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method.
10.4 Dormant Accounts. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rc789 Platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 12.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rc789's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by the Player during the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Losses. rc789 shall not be liable, in any circumstances, for: indirect, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; losses arising from Player reliance on game strategy, betting tips, or third-party advice; or losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms.
12.4 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk.
